In turn, experiencing feelings of fear that they won’t be able to remember the mass of information. Teenagers can also get pre-exam nerves and anxieties. Subsequently, getting themselves worked up on exam day, so they’re not in the best state to do themselves justice.
The hypnotherapy I offer for teenage exam stress is ideal to reverse these fears and struggles and wire in success. I will listen to the particular issues your teen is worrying about. Maybe they’ve had feedback about reading the question properly for example. I then tailor the session to code in beliefs and visualisations that support your child’s success.

A typical hypnotherapy for teenager exam stress and confidence session will focus on embedding their ultimate goal in their subconscious mind. Which in this case is to do well in their exams and improve their drive to do everything needed to achieve that. As with any hypnotherapy session I take great care in looking after their wellbeing.
I will install beliefs that support their motivation to study, their ability to take in and memorise information and stay focused. Then we will also visualise success on exam days: feeling calm and confident, identifying and recalling the right information and surpassing expectations!
After each session, I will make your teenager a personalised audio recording to. They then listen to this daily for 21 days to really wire in these positive beliefs and visualisations. Taking them to exam success.
