It is hard to express how much Sarah has helped me transform my thinking and I feel completely refreshed as a result of my session. “I went to see Sarah about my eating issues which I’ve struggled with all my life, so I was a tad unsure if hypnotherapy could help me. She explained the process and I went to have my session in her lovely therapy room. It was really simple, Sarah put me at ease straight away and I was relaxed through the whole session.


Afterwards I noticed changes almost immediately – I didn’t feel compelled to eat which I’ve always battled with, I felt I could enter my kitchen without worrying and be around trigger foods and not feel anything at all, that was a real revelation to me. I was able to leave foods on my plate and notice when I felt full. I even enjoyed drinking plain water which I’ve never really liked!

“I had been to hypnotherapy sessions on weight loss before (not RTT) with no success so I was sceptical at first about my weight loss RTT session but it absolutely blew my mind. I had tried a lot of diets before but somehow, I couldn’t lose any weight.

To my surprise, during the RTT session, I discovered that my eating habits today were results of a few of my childhood events. I also got pretty emotional as I discovered how past scenarios had led me to believe and instill habits that would have been impossible to change unless I was aware that they had been implanted into my subconscious. I felt a transformation happening during my RTT session with Sarah.

Soon after I felt like a weight had been lifted off from inside me. As I listened to Sarah’s recording I felt better every day as I was inputting positive affirmations and new beliefs. I could feel the words sink in, so much so that it changed the way I eat, what I eat, how I feel, and my energy levels through the day.

After three weeks I have lost 4 kilos and I feel great! I have more confidence and am receiving compliments about the way I look. I feel better in my clothes and I finally fit into my jeans! Something I wished to do for so long. I never thought I could have this result after just one session of RTT. “When I was asked to do a talk I knew I had to say yes but the fear hit me immediately. It was physical and overwhelming. I didn’t know how I was going to be able to write it, let alone speak to a room full of strangers.

I did my session with Sarah over zoom, which was a great way to do it and she has a very calm and thoughtful manner and put me at ease straight away. It was an amazing experience and I felt lighter immediately after the session.

“For years I had no control over what I ate, no willpower.  I was prone to stress eating and was basically addicted to sugar and junk food.  I was initially skeptical that this long term problem could be fixed by hypnotherapy but nothing else had worked and Sarah really gave me the confidence that she could help me.

Can’t recommend this therapy enough. Lockdown on top of long term health issues were not good for my waistline and I’m not able to exercise it off like before. Going from 3 sugars in my tea and regular gym to being forced into a more sedentary life was hard to accept and it felt like losing my definition of who I was and ought to be from behaviour to appearance. I came to Sarah with an unusual problem: misophonia (a phobia of the sounds people make when eating). My phobia, which I’d suffered through the whole of my adult life, got in the way of enjoying time at home with my husband, and with family and friends.
