Team away days

Getting your team together for a few hours outside your normal routines is a great way to boost team spirit, develop team dynamics and take the time to discuss how you want to work together.

This facilitated team away day is tailored specifically to your team. It includes fun interactive activities to create an open, enjoyable atmosphere and we can discuss the business aspects you want to cover. Ideas include:

All-staff away day

An all-staff away day is a great opportunity to expand and strengthen relationships across teams and to allow all staff a voice in shaping your organisational culture.

This facilitated event is tailored specifically to your organisation. People are encouraged to come up with ideas for constructive new ways of working which reflect your organisation’s values. These ideas are fed into Slido so they become visible in real time on the big screen and are then collated for taking forward after the event.

These discussions are interspersed with fun interactive activities to create an open, enjoyable atmosphere and allow people time to get to know their colleagues.
